We have implemented new policies for our guests and staff and altered our operations at Loch Bay following the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Restaurant will be operating as a ‘1 Metre +’ zone. We have reduced the number of tables in the restaurant to allow for a minimum 1 metre between tables which are not separated by a barrier. Group sizes will be limited according to government guidelines at all stages of the easing of lockdown restrictions.
Front of house staff will wear a face mask or visor during service. Guests should wear masks when entering, leaving and moving through the premises.
We will be serving a set ‘Fruits de Mer’ menu five evenings per week – Tuesdays to Saturdays. Dinner will be served at a set time as arranged upon booking.
All beverage service, food service and payment transactions will take place at the table.
Dining in the restaurant is only possible by advance reservation.
The number of staff on duty in the premises at any time is reduced.
Gel sanitiser is situated at the entrance to the restaurant and the guest toilet, as well as other strategic locations throughout the premises. We have strict cleaning regimes set in place for everyone’s increased safety.
We will constantly review and update our policies as necessary.
