On 9th August 2021 Scotland moved ‘Beyond Level Zero’ in the tier system of restrictions. Most restrictions are now lifted allowing us to operate without the need for social distancing.
It is still a requirement for anyone visiting the restaurant to wear a suitable face covering at all times except when seated at the table or in the case of medical exemption. Front of house staff will continue to wear a face mask or visor during service.
For the continued protection of our staff and guests all beverage service, food service and payment transactions will take place at the table.
Dining in the restaurant is only possible by advance reservation.
Gel sanitiser is situated at the entrance to the restaurant and the guest toilet, as well as other strategic locations throughout the premises. We have strict cleaning regimes set in place for everyone’s increased safety.
We will constantly review and update our policies as necessary.
We look forward to helping you enjoy the Loch Bay dining experience.
